Berlin Mitte and e-kickscooters as urban transport

Two e-kickscooters parked on a cobblestone pavement in Berlin Mitte. A couple walking away. It is summertime and e-kickscooters are quickly becoming part of the urban landscape. Are their particular designs eyecatching or a nuisance? These two e-kickscooters are parked neatly next to an old building.
Next to the staircase for an U-bahn station, this red e-kickscooters is parked so as to partially block pedestrians. At the same time, the red against the grey hues with a bicycle in the back, tells us what time period we are in. A white car is seen pushed out of the image, and so we have three methods of urban transport. Each relies on different energy supply, muscle energy, electric energy, and gasoline. It is a meeting of engineering ingenuity, and of transport ideas that transcend mere functionalism to that of design and ways of living.
E-kickscooters are not always parked in a pleasant way. Here an e-kickscooter lies on the ground next to a broken beer bottle. It is Saturday and the day after a night of people partying in central Berlin. Although this e-kickscooters looks clean, it adds an element of confusion, which is further increased by the road construction fences next to it and the visible remains of snacks and beer on the street.
Is someone wanting to tell us something? These four e-kickscooters in bright turquoise colors look as if they have been arranged to form a pattern. Is it two wings with the lamp post in-between? Or is it only an accidental result of four neatly parked e-kickscooters that have fallen in different directions? The cobblestone pavement is typical along the Unter den Linden in Berlin Mitte. Here it brings an older look juxtaposed with that of the electrical propulsion and modern design that e-kickscooters are known for.
Four carefully parked e-kickscooters along Unter den Linden. Across the street is an old building. These particular e-kickscooters look slick and certainly takes less room than four bicycles would. And both could be used for urban transport.
